Public Assistance Information System (PAIS)

 

The State of Hawaii Department of Human Services Public Assistance Information System (PAIS) connects individuals in need with a variety of benefits and services. Call 1-855-643-1643 or click the button for more information.

 

Aloha United Way 2-1-1

 

Aloha United Way 2-1-1 specialists can search through over 4,000 government and nonprofit services and programs to find the information and resources you need. Requests include finding food, shelter, clothing, financial assistance, childcare, parenting support, elderly care, disability services and more. You may also do a direct search of the service categories in their online database or call 211.

Training for Your Next Job!

Oʻahu residents whose jobs have been disrupted by COVID-19 can enroll in free job training from the University of Hawaiʻi. Eight UH campuses are offering training opportunities in business and technology, healthcare, human services, and skilled building trades. The program is a partnership with UH and the City and County of Honolulu to support the community. Visit oahubacktowork.com

FEMA Funeral Assistance

 

FEMA is providing financial assistance for COVID-19 related funeral expenses incurred after January 20, 2020. You can apply by calling the COVID-19 Funeral Assistance Helpline at 844-684-6333 or TTY: 800-462-7875. Hours of operation are 9am to 9pm EST (3am to 3pm HST) Monday through Friday.
